CronShieldLabs processes account email addresses, password hashes, monitor configuration, heartbeat events, notification delivery records, and payment references submitted for manual verification. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.

Purpose

Information is used to provide monitoring, send failure and recovery alerts, prevent abuse, verify manually submitted payments, maintain security, and support users.

Retention

Ping history is retained according to the active plan. Security and payment records may be retained longer when required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Sharing and security

Information is not sold. It may be processed by hosting, email, and payment providers needed to operate the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep private ping URLs and account credentials confidential.

Your choices

Users may request account information or deletion through the support contact published by CronShieldLabs. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
