Service

CronShieldLabs provides monitoring and notification tools. Monitoring reduces the chance of silent failures but is not a guarantee that every failure, message, or outage will be detected or delivered.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and ping URLs, follow applicable laws, and avoid abusive traffic, unauthorized testing, malicious payloads, or attempts to interfere with the service.

Manual payments

Paid plans currently require manual USDT payment verification. A payment submission does not activate service until an administrator verifies the transaction. Users must verify the recipient and amount before confirming a cryptocurrency transfer.

Availability and limits

Features, plan limits, pricing, and retention periods may change with reasonable notice. Accounts or monitors may be suspended to protect service security or address abuse.

Liability

Users remain responsible for their jobs, backups, systems, and recovery procedures. To the extent permitted by law, CronShieldLabs is not liable for indirect losses caused by missed jobs, outages, delayed alerts, or user configuration errors.
